Problems everywhere

    Hi
    I bought a new headplay glasses in last december, and I started to have problems quickly, I had rows in the screen, one, two. Now I have 10 rows in my screen. The receiver never worked properly, and also I had a trouble with the powering wire and I had fire in the wire, so the receiver finally was burned
    I claimed to the service and It is supossed that they sent to me a new screen in last 29th of august paying again the sailing coast, but nothing arrived to my home till today.
    If I would have to say my opinion, it would be that headplay glasses have been for me a complete disaster. It supossed to be a great product instead of a great disaster.
    I hope somebody tell to me something about the last order of a new screen.

    I continue without any answer from RangeVideo.
    Been mi glasses in guarantee, i have not any solution and I had to pay the sailing of a new screen without receiving anything.
    I thought rangevideo was a serious company, but I was wrong.
